中医学视角下城市物质空间的生命要素探析

通过借鉴中医学整体观和生命观的相关理论,从认识城市有机体的生命属性入手,发现并提炼能够产生和传递城市运营所需各种能量的生命要素:廊道和功能体。阐释了其多层级、多性质和多形态的特点,提出了功能体有动力、廊道成系统、敏感点有活力的疏通策略,旨在促进城市各种能量的有机循环,从而维护城市的健康与安全,提高城市生活的效率与质量。     

道在山林，周弥六合——浙东天台山“洞天福地”的山岳景观流变及文化意象研究

道教洞天福地作为中国名山风景的经典类型之一，在宗教山岳景观中占据独特地位。浙东天台山水神秀，历代高道以入山隐修为主要目的，形成了道教在区域山林的景观文化基础。从天台山“神仙之乡”的文化背景出发，从“想象与实践”的视角切入，梳理了天台山洞天福地的景观流变：分析其“不死之福庭”地域性景观的形成经历了“赤城→桐柏”的信仰转移过程；以天台山为坐标，洞天福地格局打破了区域“层级”分布特征，而呈现大范围“州郡”空间格局。作为“联结点”的天台山，洞天世界沟通了宇宙、山、人3个基本场域，由此衍生出“洞宫”式和“周回”式山岳空间营建典范。旨在挖掘洞天福地中典型案例的价值，为中国洞天福地体系的构建提供理论依据。     

铜浮选专家控制系统设计与应用

针对国内某选矿厂铜浮选工艺泡沫速率不稳定,精矿品位波动大,回收率不理想等特点,设计了一套浮选专家控制系统,该系统结合泡沫影像分析技术,在线品位分析技术,PID控制与模糊逻辑控制技术。系统架构简明合理,逻辑层次清晰有效,投入运行一段时间后,在不同原矿品位前提下,都能实现稳定泡沫速率,减少精矿品位波动,提高回收率等指标优化,同时药剂添加量也有明显减少。这表明该系统运行效果良好,值得应用推广。     

冻融环境下CFRP-粘土砖抗剪性能试验研究

为研究冻融循环对CFRP与烧结粘土砖界面的影响,通过一种简单易行的单面剪切试验方法测定了冻融作用下粘贴了碳纤维布的粘土砖试件的应变值,得到荷载-滑移曲线,分析了冻融循环作用下CFRP与烧结粘土砖粘结性能的变化规律,建立了冻融循环作用下CFRP-粘土砖界面荷载滑移退化模型.通过对比分析,模型预测值与试验值吻合较好.     

响应面法优化艾叶挥发油的提取工艺及其抗氧化性能研究

以艾叶挥发油提取率为考核指标,采用单因素实验考察浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间等对艾叶挥发油提取率的影响,在此基础上,采用响应面法优化艾叶挥发油的共水蒸馏提取工艺,并通过紫外分光光度法测定艾叶挥发油对DPPH自由基的清除率来评价其抗氧化性能。结果表明,艾叶挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸泡时间1.5 h、料液比1∶10(g∶mL)、提取时间4.5 h,在此条件下,艾叶挥发油提取率最高,为0.83%。当艾叶挥发油浓度为80 mg·mL~(-1)时,DPPH自由基清除率最高,为39.12%。表明艾叶挥发油具有一定的抗氧化活性。     

THE effect of Srandom DOPANT fluctuation on threshold voltage and drain current variation in junctionless nanotransistors

We investigate the effect of dopant random fluctuation on threshold voltage and drain current variation in a two-gate nanoscale transistor. We used a quantum-corrected technology computer aided design simulation to run the simulation (10000 randomizations). With this simulation, we could study the effects of varying the dimensions (length and width), and thicknesses of oxide and dopant factors of a transistor on the threshold voltage and drain current in subthreshold region (off) and overthreshold (on). It was found that in the subthreshold region the variability of the drain current and threshold voltage is relatively fixed while in the overthreshold region the variability of the threshold voltage and drain current decreases remarkably, despite the slight reduction of gate voltage diffusion (compared with that of the subthreshold). These results have been interpreted by using previously reported models for threshold current variability, load displacement, and simple analytical calculations. Scaling analysis shows that the variability of the characteristics of this semiconductor increases as the effects of the short channel increases. Therefore, with a slight increase of length and a reduction of width, oxide thickness, and dopant factor, we could correct the effect of the short channel.     

双馈风机低电压穿越的改进技术

为提高电压跌落条件下双馈风电机组的运行稳定性,介绍了crowbar与chopper共同配合作用的低电压穿越技术,并从提高crowbar阻值整定上限这一角度通过理论分析与仿真验证说明了crowbar与chopper配合作用的优势。提出低电压穿越过程中机侧变流器的无扰切换控制方法,通过仿真验证了这种方法可以大大减少crowbar投切次数与低穿过渡时间,且控制简单可行。     

500 kV 开关弹簧机构支架螺栓断裂的原因分析及处理

HPL500B2型弹簧机构支架(BA)螺栓断裂可能导致开关分合闸失败,对其原因进行分析,发现BA螺栓由于预紧固力矩过大,接近其扭断力矩,使得作用在BA螺栓上的力偏高,BA螺栓安全系数仅为12%,安全系数较低。列出BA螺栓更换步骤及注意事项,并详细介绍分闸、合闸弹簧调整步骤,为类似事件的处理提供参考。     

Cell-Free Synthesis of Selenoproteins in High Yield and Purity for Selective Protein Tagging

The selenol group of selenocysteine is much more nucleophilic than the thiol group of cysteine. Selenocysteine residues in proteins thus offer reactive points for rapid post-translational modification. Herein, we show that selenoproteins can be expressed in high yield and purity by cell-free protein synthesis by global substitution of cysteine by selenocysteine. Complete alkylation of solvent-exposed selenocysteine residues was achieved in 10 minutes with 4-chloromethylene dipicolinic acid (4Cl-MDPA) under conditions that left cysteine residues unchanged even after overnight incubation. Gd^III−Gd^III distances measured by double electron–electron resonance (DEER) experiments of maltose binding protein (MBP) containing two selenocysteine residues tagged with 4Cl-MDPA-Gd^III were indistinguishable from Gd^III−Gd^III distances measured of MBP containing cysteine reacted with 4Br-MDPA tags.     

不同晶相结构ZrO2负载铜基催化剂用于二乙醇胺脱氢反应

通过制备不同晶相结构〔单斜相(m-ZrO_2)、四方相(t-ZrO_2)和无定型(a-ZrO_2)〕ZrO_2载体,再通过沉积沉淀法制得Cu/m-ZrO_2、Cu/t-ZrO_2和Cu/a-ZrO_2催化剂,分别用于催化二乙醇胺脱氢合成亚氨基二乙酸反应。采用XRD、氮气物理吸附脱附、XPS、H_2-TPR、CO_2-TPD对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,Cu/m-ZrO_2催化剂界面更加有利于Cu~+/Cu~0稳定存在,具有更多的碱性位点,且抗氧化性较好。在二乙醇胺脱氢反应中,Cu/m-ZrO_2催化剂性能最好,反应时间为2.5 h,亚氨基二乙酸收率为97.64%。
